At Eastwood Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Instrument
Place the guitar in its original hardshell case or gig bag, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included, then secure it inside the original shipping carton.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
